Looking at adding a Theater Room in STR

We are looking at adding a theater room in a STR in Gatlinburg TN. I know each property can be different depending on layout, cost of the project, etc but I'm looking for the general opinion of this space for a STR. Thanks

It's not about watching TV, its about streaming movies on the big screen in the cabin.   It's about the thrill for all of playing Call of Duty on a 10' projector screen in the theater room which most people can't do at home.  That's where the theater room comes in to play.  And yes, in the Smoky Mtn market it will add value and revenue if done right.
