St Simons Island Vacation Rental
I am having trouble getting bookings from my nice beach area rental in St Simons.
I have it managed by VACASA and have am having little to no communication with my concerns.
I am way below the average rate and the property is very nice, well located with great amenities.
But it just isn't getting the hits. It's been up since last week in July and i have had 2 nights booked and have 2 more coming up for Labor Day weekend.
Help!!!
