Hi All!

Looking to connect with Air BnB/Short Term Rental investors in South Bend! Would like to learn some tricks to streamline property management.

I have owned an Air BnB property in South Bend for about a year now. I have seen some success, and am considering expanding my portfolio in South Bend.

Some questions for seasoned short term rental investors:


1. Do you use a property manager?

2. What is the typical fee associated with property manager?

3.  Do you know anyone who remotely manages South Bend Air BnBs themselves ?
