best platform for mid-term rentals

We are rehabbing a 3/2 SFH, adding another bedroom to make it a 4/2. It is near a Cleveland Clinic hospital under construction so we're hoping to market it as a short and mid-term rental. I've spoken with Furnished Finders, who said the demand for such a large house is low (because nurses usually travel solo). Besides Airbnb 30+ day stay option, is there another platform geared explicitly toward corporate or other mid-term rentals? Just trying to cast a broad net here...

Second Furnished Finder + Zillow!  Also, try to connect directly with businesses locally that drive mid term stays (hospitals, university, military bases, etc.)
