What's in a name, for a STR?
Our property manager is recommending a glitzy, non-personal name for our Short-Term Rental on the beach. My wife and I would like to incorporate our grandchildren's name into the property name to make it somewhat personal and "beachy". Do renters really care?

Name is great for internal purposes and it’s also fun
I find it’s confusing and unnecessary for guests.
