Anyone have any experience with Fundhomes?

I just came across this site today and am curious if anyone has invested. I just bought my first property last month and while waiting to get some cash from it, I was thinking this could be a good investment opportunity. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

Even Arrived homes are now getting into short term rentals.

I haven't tried Fundhomes, I mostly invest with Arrived and Fundrise

I would be very careful with Here.co, they have massive fees that aren't disclosed anywhere on their website. Many of their investors feel like they got scammed and are very upset about all the hidden fees
