Stray animals and STRs?

I live out in the country. A cat showed up on my back porch yesterday. It's not a kitten, and it's not fully grown. In human terms, it would be like a 10-12 year old kid. I have a 14 unit apartment complex that are all STRs. Would you relocate the cat to the apartment complex? There are already a few cats there that the various STR tenants feed.

Give it a name and market it as resident cat greets guests

I started doing that 5 years ago.  I market my places with "Indoor plumbing and an outdoor cat*".

*Outdoor cat may be substituted by stray dog, squirrel, pigeon, rabbit, coyote** or fox**.

**Coyote or fox only at apartment complex, not at houses.
