STR Friendly Agents -Regardless of Location (Let's Talk)

Hello all,

I am hoping to get some insights from real estate agents who do a lot of work with investment properties and short term rental acquisitions especially! How do you feel the market is nowadays? Are you still seeing a lot of people buying? Would love some insight as to what, if any information you guys see with the markets across the U.S. I imagine different states will have different experiences.

Let me know!

Hi Jake

I am a licensed broker who also runs a Vacation Rental Management Company in Tampa, FL.  I believe our experience here is likely vastly different than other parts of the country.  Please let me know if you have any questions!
