Euro style bedding for STR

Hi! Wondering if anyone does "Euro style" for their STR beds. For those not familiar it is a fitted bottom sheet and a duvet with insert - no top sheet.

@Kristine Garberg I might be biased because i come from Europe, but i love this type of bedding and would not switch it for anything else.
