Sunriver, Bend, Sisters Oregon short term rentals.

In the spring of 2023 will be doing a 1031 on a house we own in Portland.

Thinking of buying a house in Sunriver, Bend or Sisters Oregon for a short term rental

Any thoughts or experience in those cities for short term rentals.

If you're looking in Bend proper you'll want to use this map (link below) to see if the property is eligible for a permit. If a property has a permit in Bend, no property within 250 feet can obtain a permit. Very simple to use, if it shows up Red you can not get a permit, if it shows up Yellow then it is eligible.
