DOES ANYONE HAVE THE AIRDNA BPTI REPORT?

Does anyone here pay for this report? I paid for Market Minder for the entire USA which is 400 a month as is the BPTI Report. Wondering if someone wants to share access so we  don't have to pay for the report  and the Market Minder as well.
