Hi Folks! 

I'm a hospitality-focused real estate entrepreneur. I'm very active on LinkedIn where I post 3-5 times a week about my journey and have been told that I might fit in better on Bigger Pockets! 

I'm going to give BP a try for a month or so and see what comes from it!

About 18 months ago I learned about STR arbitrage and have since put together a 10+ unit portfolio of STR apartments in the Phoneix metro! My goal for 2023 is to put the arbitrage portfolio on autopilot and start acquiring STR and boutique hotel properties in the western US!
