Where to Buy Best Bed Pillows

First time STR here in the Florida area. What is the best bed pillow to buy and where are you buying them?

Hey @Dave Tov. So we get our pillows from several places. All our beds have 4 pillows. 2 are shredded memory foam type and 2 are usually some kind of synthetic that gets kinda flat. That way each guest can tailor how they sleep.

So for the memory foam, we get them at Costco and are usually the Tri-Cool brand they carry. They hold up very well and fluff up well between guests.

For the less expensive poly pillow, like @John Underwood we get them at Kohl's. We get the Big One brand when they go on sale. Queens are usually around 3-4 bucks on sale. They hold up pretty well. Once they get really flat, we toss them and get new.

It is funny, everyone likes something different. Big and fluffy, firm, flat as a pancake etc. So it pays to have 4 on the bed. Plus we have others in the closets just in case.

All the pillows have protectors on them.

I get my bedding from Sam’s Club (we didn’t have a Costco until recently) and I get King sized for the King beds, and layer those with 2 regular sized pillows, two thicker and two a bit thinner.  Queens we do with 4 pillows, 2 thicker and 2 thinner, while double beds only have 2.  We wrap with the highest quality allergen encasement.

Mattresses have bed bug encasements, too, though you didn’t ask about mattresses yet.  That’s a whole other enchilada.  I do white sheets on the King beds, Sam’s Club paisley sheets for my Queens and my double beds are for kids…I get shark and mermaid sheets from Target.  Why? So we save time on identifying what sheets go on what beds.

We get them on amazon - look out for sales.  We put them in protective pillow covers too.
