Earlier today, I visited with a woman from Charlotte who owns a cabin in Pigeon Forge.  She bought her cabin in a bidding war in early June.  I haven't posted a blog entry in a while, but I suspect this theme is going to be a repeating one in the coming months, so I thought a blog entry would be useful.

I bought way too high; now what? (biggerpockets.com)

Thanks for sharing.  We are not seeing many posts on the forums these days for real purchases...mostly seeing marketing replies from the service providers that opportunity abounds.  The market is tough when the return on cost is less than the interest rate in many areas.
