Where do you find tourism data to qualify a location for an STR?

I'm curious where you can find tourism data and trends on specific areas to help better identify winning neighborhoods for STRs.

What sort of strategies do you use when buying an STR to make sure you're in a strong location with a high chance of success?

We like to buy in true, vacation markets. More specifically, regional drivable markets.

Tourism data can be found with due diligence on Google and you can find data on AirDna, STR Insights, Rabbu, PriceLabs.
