Platform for One Page Website for Short Term Rentals?

I want to put together a series of self hosted, one page websites for my properties. Pretty straightforward: photos, description, contact info and optionally the capability to book.

Interested in doing this separate from Airbnb, curious if there is some platform that does this before I just build my own.

I get emails from Bill Faeth, who is big into STRs.  He uses those one page sites for direct booking, set up on Leadpages.

I think you're on the right track, but in my opinion having a site for your listings is pointless unless you are taking direct bookings. In fact, it should be the main reason you go through the effort of creating a website (I also think everyone should take direct bookings).

I would recommend using a PMS like Guesty, Lodgify, IGMS, Hostfully, etc. I personally use Lodgify and it works fine, but there may be a better one out there. I would (and do) have all of my properties listed on one site, but with the ability to send out a link to each particular property. That way guests can see all of your properties in one spot. This is especially essential if you are developing a brand.

Hey @James Carr you can use https://carrd.co/ for landing pages and one page websites. Its pretty cheap as well.

Hey @James Carr, I would look at doing a Wordpress site. Easy to use and build out. There are a ton of widgets for STRs available.

You could have one page style for each property and have a booking section for all.

That is more work overall, but you own the site and all the data. The super easy way to build sites often own your site name and data. If you grow it out, you might need to migrate it over to your own site with more capabilities but can't move the data or the name.
