Houfy or Avail for STRs?

Hey everyone, getting my new short term and mid term rentals set up, and curious what everyone uses for managing direct bookings with lease agreements and payments. Have signed up for both houfy & avail, but not sure which one is best received by renters.

I do not have a PMS I manage the rentals on my own .
