Question: 2nd property on Airbnb
Hello, BP family!
I have an STR that I list with a business partner on Airbnb, Vrbo, and our direct booking site provided by Guesty. I am looking to buy a 2nd property soon; however, it will be without this business partner. I will be purchasing it with a silent investor that I assume I will be starting an LLC for soon. I'm afraid I know the answer to this already, but I am hopeful that one of you can at least give me some insight. Is there any way to utilize the same OTAs, Guesty, and PriceLabs with this new property? If not, does this mean I would have to get a separate phone to stay logged into all software for both properties? Any insight is appreciated! Thanks, guys!😁
