ISO CPA for client in PA

Hello,

I have a client who lives in PA, has property in PA, NJ, TN, and now FL. Some property is in a NJ LLC and some in personal name. She needs a CPA. Does anyone have any recommendations? CPA with STR experience probably not necessary but helpful, but want one with real estate experience. Thanks!
