Short Term Rentals in Reno NV
Looking to start some short term rentals in Reno and having a hard time finding any compliancy items needed that are specific to Reno and Sparks. Washoe County requires permits in the unincorporated areas, but state they have nothing to do with Reno and Sparks. I am reaching out to the planning departments and also a lawyer in Nevada, but wondering if anyone here has experience with these areas already.
