STR's in Williams, AZ

Hey everyone! I am new to BP (this is my first post!) and STR's. My wife and I are interested in purchasing a STR in William. Does anyone here have any experience with the area? Thanks!

Williams, AZ is a popular vacation destination and popular STR town. A quick search says there are a couple hundred airbnb's in Williams and the surrounding area (which is a lot considering how small the town is).

I don't have experience investing in Williams, only visiting. My opinion is that although it appears to be a bit saturated, it could be a good STR town because tourists will visit year round. Just need to make sure the numbers make sense of course.

You say you're new. Spend the next few months learning more about STR's. Browse the forums, listen to some of the podcasts where they talk STRs. Then after you learn more about the business, take a closer look at Williams.
