SFH Arbitrage opportunites in Houston

Hi! My name is Michelle. I am into STR and own two properties currently that I use for STR. I am now looking for SFH arbitrage opportunities. This aspect of STR is new to me. How best can I go about finding SFHs to rent out for STR? I've checked on Zillow for homes for rent. I guess I just don't know the best way to get in touch with property owners. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
