LGBTQ the platform Mister BNB feedback?

We have a property in a strong LGBTQ area and are looking at adding our listing to Mister BNB. Curious what the feedback is. Has anyone tried it? Good, bad?

Sorry @Kim Durst. I have never used it before. I have read a few articles about sites that cater to various groups. It was an interesting read. I always got the feeling that they might be discriminatory towards folks outside their chosen demographic. Just the wording of the various listings etc. Nothing concrete.

My overall advice is to leave it alone. In this day and age, it is very easy to become a target for no reason at all. Just leave it on the major sites and keep it real. People who want to travel to the area will know what they are looking for. Just make the place super nice, clean and ready to rock.

Hi @Michael Baum, Our property is on Airbnb, Vrbo & Booking.com. No mentions of LGBTQ friendliness has ever been mentioned. I was just curious if anyone had feedback:)

Hey @Kim Durst, I think this is the first time I have seen a question like this. Personally I have no experience with it, but there are quite a few sites that cater to the LGBTQ community.

Is your property currently listed on AirBNB and VRBO? How is it doing? Have any of the questions centered around being LGBTQ friendly or about the area?

How does the cost compare to the main sites? I don't see why you wouldn't list your home there if the market area caters to that community. Might as well make it easy for people to find.
