During Maintenance: Snoozing vs. Blocking Dates

I need to either block or snooze one of my listings until a water filtration system installed, and was curious: 

What is the difference between the two? Will occupancy rate be affected equally? -- I thought perhaps occupancy rates did not account for snoozed dates.

Hi @Kyler J Sloan - You'll just want to block dates. This will keep your listing active and bookable by guests beyond the dates you've blocked off.
