How to set up targeted marketing campaigns

Question

Anyone have recommendations on companies that can create targeted email marketing campaigns to previous guests? Our guests have to fill out a pre check in link when they book that we use to collect their basic personal information i.e. name, phone number, email etc. I want to use this data to set up periodic email campaigns to push them to rebook via our website instead of through Airbnb/ VRBO. I have tried doing this myself by setting up MailChimp and hiring people on Fiverr to create a marketing template, but honestly it is super time consuming. Sort of like the marketing emails AvantStay and Evolve send out.

I am currently using Charge Automation to collect data. I primarily use Charge Automation to send a pre check in link from which they can directly purchase upsells like pool heating and early check in. But a dual function is that they have to input basic personal information during the check in process. Which is nice since Airbnb does not provide their actual email.

@Leslie Anne Morris Is this a VA you hired for this purpose? Does your employee also design the marketing template and write the content or simply automate everything through MailChimp?

@Brooklyn McCarty  Let me give Canva a try. I can use ChatGPT to write the content and I can set up the automations myself through MailChimp. Its more so designing nice marketing templates that I was looking for help with.

We use a marketing company to target owner for client acquisition.  If you are trying to target previous guests you can likely do it yourself if you saved all texts and emails from when they booked.  Texts you can use Twilio, email you can use Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.  Pretty cheap and can do it all yourself.  If you are looking to do more, Bluetent had a good marketing package for STR owners.

If you have seen one another company's email why not use this as a template, then put all your email addresses on BCC and let it fly? Shouldn't take much time at all.
