Short Term Rental in Davenport, FL
Good Afternoon Everyone,
I am in my mid 30s and recently caught the short term rental bug. I live in CT, but am looking at properties in Florida. I have been on the bigger pockets forums, listened to numerous podcasts, and watched anything and everything about short term rentals on YouTube. My wife and I are huge Disney World fans; which has lead us to look in the Davenport, FL area for our prospective short term rental. I am looking to network with other short term rental hosts in the Davenport, FL area and pick your brain about the good, the bad, and the ugly about short term rentals. I am also lookin for advise about how to get my wife as excited as I am about this new opportunity. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.
