Requesting Feedback on my MTR Listing! :)

Hi Team! I was wondering if you wouldn't mind providing feedback on my MTR listing. We have it posted on Airbnb/VRBO/CHBO/Zillow as an MTR for the past 2 month and haven't had a single booking. I've lowered my monthly price to entice travelers but that hasn't seemed to work either. Any ideas for improvements to gain bookings? @Chelsea Lingenfelter have you considered using Furnished Finder? Are you near hospitals? There are Facebook groups for connecting landlords and medium term travelers.
