Direct Bookings For STR

I'm new to the forum and wanted to ask a question about direct bookings for STR.

for investors that do use direct bookings instead of the major booking platforms like AIRBNB, what are the websites and templates that you use to market your property for bookings and what has been your experience if used or is currently using direct booking. 

I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions!

Houfy is free to make a listing that you use for direct booking, they don’t charge any fees to you or the guests. But promoting your property there is up to you, they don’t do the advertising of the big sites.
