Thoughts/Feedback on my AirBnb

My wife and I are using our guest studio as an AirBnb right now and I would love some feedback.  The listing is linked below so you can check it out.  I would love to hear about the posting itself, the pictures, the amenities; basically anything you thing is good and anything we can do differently or better to improve our revenue.

We aren't in the vacation rental market so it's more of a nice hotel room.  We don't have a kitchenette or laundry for the guests so it limits us a bit.  Is there anything we are missing?  We have had a pretty decent start, I would think, but I'm always open to how we can improve.  Thanks for your time.

Not bad at all. Certainly priced right, you could probably raise the price a bit IMO...

Thoughts: I would add more color....not a fan of grays for this very reason...dull and drab. You're in Yuma (where I visit a couple times a year) so celebrate the AZ desert culture and the West. Cowboy and Indian stuff, Mexican influences are huge there, so add color that way.

Take out the shelves (unnecessary) and use that area for a little kitchenette. Small refer, sink, microwave and coffee-maker.

Mention more of the things that Yuma offers, Old Town, restaurants, the brewery, the Prison, etc....

    Hope this helps!
