Could use some helpful advice and tips
Great morning,
My wife and I are in the market for a STR in the Florida area. We currently live in our primary in CT and considered going the DSCR route but given our zero experience, we were told that wouldn't be a good idea starting out.
Can anyone suggest a good direction as far as lending and strategy we can take? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The second comment this morning about needing experience for a DSCR loan, I've actually never heard of that before. Here are two options that should be of use to you....Host Financial and The Lender.
