Scranton, PA Str

hello BP community! 

I am looking at a potential deal for a sfh in Scranton, PA that I would operate as a str. However, I am located in South FL and do not know PA or the Scranton area well. Is anyone here from PA or Scranton that would have any insight on the area? For example, is that area being growth? Potential for large appreciation in the long run?
