Denver STR Regulations

Sam Jost
Posted

Hi All - I am new to the forum. I recently moved to Denver, Colorado and have started an Airbnb Arbitrage Business. I understand the regulations in the Denver area are somewhat strict to my knowledge. Can anyone shed some light on the regulations in the area/point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!

Sam

You should go to the City website and download the rules.  Don't rely on second-hand info.  Check it out yourself.
