Tiny home investing in the Sevierville, TN area

My wife and I are wanting to invest in some land in Sevierville, TN. We really love tiny homes and that uniqueness for short term rentals in remote areas. I would really appreciate some feedback/ experience with the process of starting a tiny home rental. I am open to any and all comments, help, and wisdom. Thank you very much.

 When you can rent a 2 bedroom log cabin for a hundred bucks, it’s hard to see how you’d make it with a tiny house, unless you literally buy a shed in the Home Depot parking lot and furnish it.
