Help with spreadsheet

Hello all,

New to the site. New to REI and STR. I am wanting to look at some different properties, but looking for a spreadsheet template to use as an analyzer for costs/expenses etc. Wanting to put together a biz style plan so I can wrap my head around things with pros/cons etc. A bit nervous jumping in. Thanks.
