How to send a STR Agreement
Hi, folks, me again. :)
I know that many of you send a rental agreement to your guests to e-sign before booking them. Am I free to do this on any STR platform or only through direct bookings? What app or software do you use to do so? Lastly, why are some state by state templates free, and others cost $99 or more?

I use Dochyb for my vrbo & airbnb bookings, $10/ mo. On the Direct booking site Houfy you can upload your agreement and the guest e-signs on the site prior to you receiving the booking request.
