Hi everybody,

I am an out of state investor and am looking to get into the market here in Charlotte. I have some short and long term rentals right now but am wanting to get more into short term rentals with Airbnb and travel nurses. I wanted to see where people are having success in Charlotte?

What areas do people like investing in?

Asheville, NC and Fayetteville, NC are two markets I've heard good things about from client's of mine. Fayetteville, NC has been a key hub for military and defense activities, hosting installments like Fort Liberty and Pope Field, which attracts a consistent amount of short-term rental goers.
