@Keena Santos What part of Florida, most PM companies are local to the area they service. Condotels in Orlando will almost exclusively require you use onsite management, thats kinda the purpose of that style investment property.

I agree that you can more easily self manage a Condotel than an SFR.

However, if you do want 100% hands off we are HQ in Tampa but are active in SWFL and Orlando and have just decided to start moving into South Florida, so I would be happy to discuss our services with you!

Hey @Keena Santos, I am with @Brooklyn McCarty on this. Especially a condotel. There should be on site services to handle cleaning and general maintenance.

If you really need it, many condotel's also have management available. Some are even mandatory that you use the onsite management.
