Obtaining Rental History on a property
How do you get rental history on properties? I would like to review 12 months (at minimum) AirBNB or VRBO rental history on properties to refine the deal #s. Primarily looking at STR.

The listing agent should have this especially if the house is being marketed as a "ready to go STR."
