I know about PadSplit, but how else are people managing rent by the room properties at scale? The work compounds quickly

I used to manage room rentals in San Diego. Definitely a lot more work and the channels out there aren't room specific. What worked best of us was Craigslist, facebook housing groups (usually student-focused), and Zumper. If you are looking to scale, Id look to make partnerships with organizations that have a need for this kind of housing. We partnered with an international language school and they were able to consistently have demand lined up.

Hope this helps feel free to message me if you got any further questions.
