Communication with the guest

How is your follow-up process to maintain communication with the guest: before, during and at the end of their stay? I listen to your advice.

By the way, do you have automations for this or everything is done directly by you to keep in touch and informed of any situation with the guest?

Hello Estrella,

I have the following messages all sent via automations:

- Booking confirmation message immediately

- check-in 3 days before the guest arrives.

- Check up message one day into their stay

- Check out message the day before check out

- Message asking for a review the day of check out.

The software I use is guesty for hosts which I have liked a lot so far. You definitely don't want to be sending all of these messages yourself.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
