Been looking at STR using Lodgify, have played around with it for to get a sense for capabilities but am curious, is anyone using it full-time?

Great point on accessing your data!!  With hostfully+ zappier I have an Excel file with all my info....I use this file for marketing, projections, and most recent automation to text guests about moving garbage can.
