How to automate guest registration forms?

Hi!  We just purchased an AirBnB in a homeowners association that requires all guests to be listed on a guest registration form.  Is there a way to automate this process rather than send manual links after guest book?  I heard DocuSign or Dropbox sign may be options but have no experience with them.  Any thoughts / suggestions are appreciated!

I believe most people in your situation use DocuSign, but I'm thinking HoneyBook may be a bit more automated. It is more of a CRM so I'm not sure if that would be a good fit for you.

@John Semioli. If all you need is to keep track of their name or vehicle then a DocuSign form or office365 forms works well.

In one of our properties in Kissimmee, FL near Disney the gated community requires all guests to be registered in their portal.  This  then sends the guests the gate code and is valid during the duration of their stay.

In my quest to automate everything I used Microsoft PowerAutomate desktop.  It's a visual scripting language that can record and automate just about everything including interacting with a web site.

So everyday this runs on a desktop under my desk.  Two days before check-in guests are automatically registered and received their gate code.

This worked well then I automated texting guests in garbage and recycling days as a reminder to haul the bins to end of the driveway.

Before we scaled up and switched PMS we used Guesty and they had a lot of useful automation options.  There are also a lot more PMS options on the market since I was last shopping, but I would start there especially if Docusign or the like do not have a good option.  The PMS also frequently have other useful tools.
