StayFi wifi for STR

Is anybody using StayFi for there STR. I hear pros and cons and wanted to get more input.

not a fan. people are getting tired of having to always enter contact information to use stuff. guests just paid decent money to stay in a rental, and you should already have their information (email) in some way or form. just my personal opinion
