STR Mentorship Needed

I am looking for the best STR mentorship program. Preferably women led but not a deal breaker. Who do you recommend and why?

 my "Airbnb ambassador" did zero to help me when i first started. it sounds like a good idea, but in the end, its all the luck of who you get.
