STR in Tulum, Mexico / Host Payout

Hello new to posting in general but was seeing if anyone could help me understand the "Host Payout" receipt that I was forwarded from my property manager. I have a Villa in Tulum, Mexico and am having a hard time understanding how much of the "Host Payout" actually goes to me, because I would think that the entire $665.57 would be mine but it looks like they deducted the "Cleaning Fee" and "Remitted occupancy tax" the "cleaning fee" I understand but am confused on where the "Remitted occupancy tax" is going.

The payout that I received from this booking was $481.33 USD before the property managers commision.

Does this look correct?

Any help would be appreciated!

EX.
1 Night Room Fee $499.00 USD

Cleaning Fee $90.00 USD

Host service fee (3.0%) -$17.67 USD

Remitted occupancy tax $94.24 USD

Total (USD) $665.57
