Marine Grade Grills?

If you have an oceanfront property, what type of grill are you providing your guests? A property we are furnishing is on an island surrounded by saltwater so corrosion is a serious concern.

The cost of a marine grade grill is hard to justify for a STR. I researched it and decided to just buy all black grill (not stainless as it is not marine grade stainless and rusts in weeks) and an extended warranty. I will use the warranty every 12 to 18 months to replace for beachfront properties. I ended up buying the Kenmore brand from BJs a month ago with extended warranty and replaced all my beachfront properties because they have ceramic coated grates. We will see how they hold up but the cheap Lowes/Home Depot grills I have been replacing every 9 to 12 months.
