Short-term rental in mexico
Hello everyone, I finally decided to start my RE investment. I decided to build an airbnb in a private resort in Tecate Mexico. It is near el valle de Guadalupe which is a famous wine route near Ensenada B.C. Mexico. Airbnb’s in this route are hot with some of them having 6 months of waitlist.
Does anyone have any experience in short term rentals in Mexico?
