airbnb delisting, de activation
Im a cohost of a property that has 7 individual listings. The host was doing great and was a super host for approx 2 yrs. In July two of them had problems deemed by airbnb to be de activated. Multiple cancellations by us for various reasons (repairs) and bad review. Airbnb delisted them while reviewing. Then they de activated them. I listed them in my name as the host. Different pictures, and descriptions and Title. I fixed all the problems. Replaced furniture and beddings and linens. After two weeks Airbnb suspended them and said I relisted units that were de activated and its against policy. I appealed and supplied them with the new photo's, and upgrades. I even added the electric bill showing them its in my name. In the two weeks I had them each had two tenants with 5 star reviews. I pointed this out in my appeals. Now they are asking me to prove I am the owner and they were transferred to me from the previous host. Im worried if I show them a written document that the old host gave them to me they might remove the other 5 in the other hosts name that I cohost... Maybe ban the whole property.... What to do??? Do I close my acct and the two listing? How do I get them back on airbnb and cash flowing??? Its 25% of our income???
