How many use “Instant Book” on VRBO or Airbnb?

I currently have Instant Booking turned off on Airbnb and VRBO.  My bookings have been down a bit this year and wondering if I should turn it on to see if there’s a legitimate difference.  I have a newer luxury property and like to vet who’s staying there.  Your thoughts?

I always used the instant book feature. But I had it set to only allow guests with verified ID and prior positive bookings. Never had a problem, and I think it definitely increases your bookings. Try it for a while and see what your numbers do....
