Virtual Concierge tool

Hi all, I've developed an AI tool to replace welcome books. I call it a virtual concierge - Essentially, guests text a number with any questions they have (where's the TV remote? what's the WIFI password? What are the best restaurants near me?), and it auto responds with the answer. We can train it however you'd like; the aim is to modernise AirBnB's to get better reviews (and also stop guests from messaging you directly with silly questions). What do you guys think? I'm looking to start selling it to hosts.
